Cognitive decline reversal

The End of Alzheimers is
in our hands

It's time to take our future back.  We have the knowledge to change the world here.

We turned Alzheimer's and dementia research into clear daily actions for nutrition, exercise, sleep, metabolic health and other modifiable risk factors.

Extra Module: For The Care Giver

The first three cognitive health protocols are designed to help you protect your brain health, support healthy aging, and take proactive steps to reduce the risk factors associated with cognitive decline.

But I also felt it was important to create something specifically for the people caring for a loved one with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. I have been an Alzheimer’s caregiver myself, and I know how overwhelming it can feel when you suddenly become the person responsible for making decisions, managing daily care, and figuring out what to do next.

This Alzheimer’s and dementia caregiver guide was created to give you practical direction, support, and a clearer path forward. Caregiving is not easy, and being the person in charge is not for the faint of heart. But you do not have to navigate it without guidance. I know how hard this role can be, and I also know you are capable of handling more than you may realize.

You are not alone.

What is it

This Brain Protection Protocol is a 30-day, evidence-based Alzheimer's prevention and brain health program that turns the latest cognitive decline research into a simple daily plan you can actually follow. Built around Dr. Dale Bredesen's functional-medicine approach and the KetoFLEX 12/3 diet, this online course walks you through metabolic health, intermittent fasting, sleep quality, exercise, stress reduction, toxin removal, and the lab tests and APOE genetic testing worth asking your doctor about — with every recommendation graded by strength of evidence, so you always know what is proven and what is promising. Memory loss is not a foregone conclusion, and the science increasingly says a meaningful share of dementia risk is modifiable. This is where you start.

Choose the download that fits how much support you want. The Basic Protocol is the science-backed rundown: the full 30-day framework, the daily videos, and the printable master guide and habit tracker, so you understand exactly what drives brain health and why. The Plus Protocol adds the complete 30-day meal plan with recipes and aisle-by-aisle grocery lists, taking the guesswork out of eating for cognition and making KetoFLEX 12/3 something you can put on the table tonight. The Total Protocol includes everything in both tiers plus a science-backed exercise regimen designed specifically for brain health, combining zone 2 aerobic work, strength training, and balance and mobility to support blood flow, insulin sensitivity, and the pathways tied to memory. Start with the tier that meets you where you are, and give your brain the 30 days it deserves.

Research standards

This program was built the slow way. It draws on more than 400 individual sources — peer-reviewed trials, systematic reviews and meta-analyses, and current clinical guidelines published through August 2026 — pulled from over 100 separate institutions and journals. We set a hard rule at the start: information had to come from primary sources, meaning the researchers or agencies who actually produced it. That means Cochrane reviews, NICE and Lancet Commission guidelines, the National Institute on Aging, CMS, and peer-reviewed journals — never supplement sellers, wellness blogs, or promotional clinics. Every recommendation is labeled with the type of evidence behind it and how strong that evidence is, from randomized controlled trials down to early pilot studies, so nothing is oversold. Where the research is genuinely unsettled or a claim could not be verified, we say so plainly instead of filling the gap with a guess. You are getting the honest state of the science, in plain language, with the sources cited so you can check any of it yourself.

Why I Built the Brain Protection Protocol

I watched Alzheimer's move through my own family. I saw what it took from the people I love, and I saw how much of the advice around it stopped at "there's nothing you can do."

I never believed that. And the research doesn't say that either.

What the science actually shows is that a large share of dementia risk traces back to factors we can influence — blood sugar, blood pressure, sleep, hearing, movement, social connection, alcohol, head injury, and a handful of others. Not guarantees. Not cures. But real, measurable levers that most people are never taught how to pull.

The Brain Protection Protocol exists because I went looking for a program that would teach those levers in plain language, with tools you could actually use on a Tuesday afternoon — and I couldn't find one. So I built it.

WHO AM I

I'm a certified nutrition coach and a small-business owner in Nebraska. My background is in helping real people make changes that stick — not in a lab, not in a clinic, but in ordinary kitchens and ordinary schedules.

That shapes everything about how this program is written. I don't hand you a study and wish you luck. I translate it: what to buy, what to cook, what to track, what to ask your doctor, and what to do tomorrow morning.

I also take the limits of the evidence seriously. Inside the protocol you'll see a clear line between what's well supported and what's still emerging. If something is promising but unproven, it's labeled that way. Your clinician stays in the loop. I would rather earn your trust than oversell you.
